Eric & Paula Burkhardt have lived in Maine for the past 13 years.
Paula spent several years working in the restaurant industry as well as Purchasing Assistant for a food manufacturing company before staying home to raise two daughters. After looking for several years to fulfill a dream to own and operate her (their) own business, Paula found Wild Willy Burgers. The concept lends itself to be able to add the personal touches that both Paula & Eric were looking for. The ability to provide personal customer satisfaction with the best product in its class are key to this strategy.
Eric has over 35 years experience in the food manufacturing & restaurant industry. He has held the title of V.P. for food companies including Borden, McCain and Barber Foods.
Bruce Rascher is the General Manager at the Wild Willy's South Portland restaurant. He is a Swiss Hotel Management school graduate and has worked internationally in the restaurant and hotel business. Specializing in fresh food concepts and restaurant/hotel upgrades, he is also a co-founder and currently consulting on the Henry VIII Roast Beef Carvery brand. Mr Rascher, with strong skills and instincts for restaurant operations is hard at work on the Wild Willy's Taste of New England campaign where fresh local food will win hands down. Get involved!
