Licensee, Peter Stahl, is a former operations management consultant and a graduate of the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Peter has extensive experience in operations consulting with Analytics Operations Engineering, a boutique firm located in Boston and with the Booz Allan out of Manhattan. Peter's experience is quite broad and includes management of a manufacturing company he assembled an LBO to purchase and in construction management. His intention is to develop a multi-store operation within his territory around Boston and in Southern NH. To achieve this goal he has assembled a small team of professionals.
As a former Executive Chef, Jonathan Beatrice has 15 years of culinary experience in hotel restaurant management. Most recently his responsibilities included managing a $5 million plus annual food and beverage sales operation. Prior to his position as Executive Chef he served as the Senior Banquet Chef in a $14 million dollar food and beverage operation. Jon is Wild Willy's Operations Manager.
