Wild Willy’s Burgers “Free Burgers for a Year” Sweepstakes – NH Location

This promotion is a sweepstakes, not a lottery or contest. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives of Sponsor, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Marketing Consent

By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to receive promotional emails from Wild Willy’s Burgers. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the link included in each email. Entry is not conditioned on agreeing to receive marketing communications. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Promotion Period

12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 5, 2025 – 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 30, 2025.

5. How to Enter

Participants may enter for free via one of the following methods:

Option 1 – Online Entry

  • Complete the official entry form located on the Wild Willy’s Burgers Rochester website.
  • Limit one (1) entry per person per day

Option 2 – Mail-In Entry

  • On a 3″ × 5″ postcard, hand-print your name, address, phone number, email address, and the words “Wild Willy’s Free Burgers for a Year Sweepstakes.”
  • Mail to: Faros Hospitality, LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry, 724 Columbus Ave, Rochester, NH 03867.
  • Entries must be postmarked by December 23, 2025, and received by December 27, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per person.

All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, have an equal chance of winning.
Important: No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random on or around December 30, 2025.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within ten (10) business days of selection.
  • The winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification.
  • If the selected winner fails to respond or comply, an alternate winner may be chosen (maximum of three (3) alternates).

7. Prize

  • One (1) $600 gift card, redeemable at Wild Willy’s Burgers locations in Rochester, NH or York, ME.
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $600 (equivalent to 52 × $10.99 burger).
  • The 52-week reference is for value calculation only; the gift card can be used at any time.
  • The gift card will not expire and will not be subject to any service, maintenance, or inactivity fees.
  • Prize is non-transferable; no cash or other substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their first name, last initial, city, state, and any submitted photos and materials for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
No public appearance or further participation is required.

9. General Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or late entries, or for any technical, postal, or human errors that may occur in the administration of this Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  • This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

10. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) to:

Requests must be received by January 31, 2026.
Only the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state will be disclosed.
